OCZ PC4400 Performance Series Dual DDR Kit

I'm back once again with yet another memory review! This time I take a look at OCZ's Performance Series PC4400. This kit is a matched pair of 512mb modules with copper heatspreaders. According to OCZ, this memory really isn't intended for mainstream overclockers. This stuff is more for moderate overclocking, moderate gaming and video editing. To be honest, I really have no idea what "moderate" overclocking or gaming is. You either overclock and game or you don't. In fact, sometimes the cheapest memory turns out to be some of the best we have ever tested. Is OCZ just trying to protect their high end memory by toning down the description of this memory or is it truly "budget" memory incapable of overclocking beyond it's rating? There is only one way to find out and I intend to get some answers here tonight. Let's overclock!
