MGE Liquid Lite RGB (Magic Lite)
Does any reader out there watch the 70's show? Does anyone remember the 70's?
I sure do, although I barely remember having bell-bottoms when I was like 6. I
also remember seeing my first lava-lamp, hence the remembrance of the 70's.
There is also quite a few of you out there that may remember the static light?
Yeah, you can still get them at flea markets, and dollar stores around the
country. Both of these ideas of lighting are to some considered cheesy, but then
again so are some of us that have nothing better to spend our hard-earned money
on the latest computer goodies. Well there is good news my friends, the LED's
are out and the static RGB lava-lamp contraption that we have here at ClubOC is
in! This thing is kewl...

Features
Most of the features of the Magic Light are pretty
straightforward. If you've ever installed a cold-cathode light into your system,
you get the basic idea that the light needs to be located somewhere to
illuminate the best features of your computer system. ClubOC has reviewed many
case lights and as a resource to you if you perform a search into our archives
you'll count close to 12 different reviews on assorted case lighting and many
different controllers that not only control the fans inside your case but the
sound activation of your newest case light. I'll be the first to tell you that
case lighting gets better and better every time I take the chance to review
another light. :) For now I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

The kit contains the basic materials for proper case mounting,
double-sided tape, some screws to mount the ends of the light mounts, and a
switch to turn the light on or off. I still cannot figure out what the large
washer is for..

Conclusion
After taking about 10 minutes to wrap up my wires,
and find a place large enough to accommodate this larger than usual cathode, I
was able to get it up 'n running for some nice pictures and a short VIDEO!!
well, ok, it's not the best video out there, but it'll give you a good idea how
the RGB light works since the pictures don't catch the overall function of this
light which differentiates itself from most of the other ones out there.
VIDEO
Overall, I
really like the MGE Liquid Light mods. They are just as easy to install as any
other light mod, but they give your computer a unique look that stands out from
the rest. Their only downfall is they cost a little more than standard cold
cathode lights.
